FAQ
Budgets, timelines, and how a full-service remodel actually works.
We are a full-service interior remodeling company that primarily focuses on kitchen and bathroom remodels. That includes kitchen and bathroom refreshes, full remodels, new bathroom additions, and basement remodels — with design services available alongside. We aren't currently taking on exterior-only projects.
Kitchen refresh projects typically begin around $20,000, while full kitchen remodels generally start around $60,000. Final pricing depends on your space, materials, and preferences — we'll give you a clear picture during design, before anything is demolished.
Bathroom refreshes start near $10,000. Small full-bath remodels begin around $30,000, half-bath additions at $25,000, and full-bath additions at $40,000.
We begin the design process about 3–6 months before the in-home build, so every decision is locked before demo day. Once construction starts, kitchens typically take 6–8 weeks and bathrooms 4–5 weeks from demolition to completion.

We're happy to consider working with your preferred specialists, though we can't guarantee the work of contractors we haven't vetted. It comes down to mutual fit — let's talk about it.
We prefer to handle all aspects of the project to protect the timeline and the quality of the finished space — but your input is welcome (and wanted!) at every step along the way.
