Founded in 2020 by Dan — a licensed and insured Michigan Residential Builder — and Lauren, an interior designer with a master's degree, Foley Homes brings design and construction under one roof. One team, one point of contact, and one promise: work we'd be proud to live with ourselves.

How It Works

A process built around your life

We begin design 3–6 months before build day, so when demolition starts, every decision is already made — and your home is back sooner.

Consult

We walk your space, listen to how you live, and talk honestly about scope, budget, and timing.

Design

Lauren develops layouts, materials, and finishes; Dan prices and plans the build. No surprises later.

Build

Licensed trades, daily communication, and a tidy job site. Kitchens run 6–8 weeks; baths 4–5.

Reveal

A detailed final walkthrough — and a space designed to stay beautiful for generations.
